Role Overview & Responsibilities

Package: 23k Base Salary (35k OTE Year 1, 45k OTE Year 2, 60k OTE Year 3)

Our client is a market leader in the supply chain and logistics space, operating in both the US and UK markets. They are offering hungry graduates the opportunity to partake in a 12-week bootcamp alongside other likeminded, financially driven individuals – delivered by their inhouse trainer. This bespoke training will take ambitious graduates from recruitment newbies, to trained 360 recruitment professionals!

The Role

• Building relationships with existing and new clients & candidates
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market
