Job Title: Telesales Agent
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 Hours)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
Salary:

• £20,000 basic, rising to £22,000 after 1 month of hitting targets + Uncapped Commission OTE £35,000

Responsibilities;

You will be responsible for:

• Outbound calling through warm data
• Generating Hotkey leads that will be transferred externally outside the business
• Achieving company targets
• Maintaining call quality and compliance

Skills you'll need to have:

• 3 + months Telesales or high level of over the phone customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Negotiation, questioning, and decision-making skills
• Active listening skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
