Job Title: Life Insurance Advisor

Location: Remote

Job Type: Self-Employed

Salary: £1,000 p/m retainer + 10% Commission p/m once the miniumum threshold of £10,000 worth of business has been reached.

Operating Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 10:00 - 14:00

Job Description:

Our client is on the hunt for highly experienced Life Insurance Advisors to work on a Self-Employed basis. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering A can-do attitude to your work
• Delivering telephone-based Life Insurance Protection advice
• Dealing with Hotkey's transferred each day
• Ensuring that FCA regulations are met
• Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
• Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis
• Working towards targets and KPIs

The Candidate:

• (Required) Have a minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Sales
• Own equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset & stable internet)
• Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent telephone handling skills
• Excellent letter-writing skills
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong time management skills
• Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
• Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
• An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £1,000.00 per month
