My very well known and respected client in Swansea are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join them for their NIGHT shift.

Reporting into the Senior Team Leader you will ensure that team members are able to positively contribute to all company objectives.

As a nights team leader you will be responsible for:

• First line operational responsibility for your team's workload which should be discussed and delegated with the section leaders.

• Building your teams abilities so they are able to influence and change processes and systems to ensure a sustainable and cost effective operation. This includes instilling and demonstrating the identified standards and values.

• Engage all team members in identifying potential improvements in themselves and the department.

• Manage team attendance including sickness and absence and annual leave

• Ensure fair opportunity and offer encouragement

You will need:

• Proven working knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures

• Good working knowledge of PC/Database Systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Good negotiation skills

• Ability to maintain customer focus requirements
