Production Supervisor / Team Leader (Night Shift)
An opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing company as a Night Production Supervisor for our client based in Bicester on a temp to perm basis. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to establish themselves with a company that is going from strength to strength and be part of the journey.
As a Production Supervisor you will:
- To ensure the shift runs smoothly
- Manage a team of Production Operatives
- Following the guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures
- To work within a team
What are we looking for?
The right candidate will have at least 1 years' experience as a supervisor within a production and working environment, and able to hit the ground running within a fast paced environment.
Shifts:
4 on 4 off - 10-hour shift - this however may vary dependent on the requirements of the company. Flexibility is key for this role.
What Salary can you expect:
Our client is offering a competitive starting salary of Β£30,000 per annum.
The first 12 weeks of employment will be temporary through Vibe Recruit, and the successful candidate will be taken as a permanent member of staff after this period.
