Operations Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote

Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join there team in a remote capacity. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a diverse range of operational tasks to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity across the organization
  • Oversee key operational functions, such as supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and facilities management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement operational changes that drive business growth and performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to ensure cost-effective operations and alignment with financial objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a remote capacity
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and meeting business objectives
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and remote teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in operations management software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma, are a plus
