Cafe Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced manager to manage and oversee our busy café.

The successful candidate will be given lots of responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the business. Duties will include maintaining high levels of customer service, stock control, food hygiene & safety, health & safety, social media, recruitment, staff training and rota's.

You will instigate & maintain high standards, high morale and team spirit. Effectively manage staffing levels, ensuring costs are controlled and productivity levels are optimised.

The working week will consist of a mixture of daytime shifts including weekends for up to 42 hours, depending on the operational requirements of the business

Schedule:

• Day shift to early evening
• Weekend availability
