Project Co-ordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently searching for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a rapidly growing Telecoms company based in Brentwood.

• ASAP start
• Temp to Perm role (4 months probation)
• £30-35K

Your duties will include:

• Uploading job specs to the system.
• Job scheduling for site visits.
• Updating database with all project paperwork.
• Compiling site reports and sending to clients.
• Attending client meeting with the Project Coordinator and Director.
• Updating client system to enable invoicing to be processed.
• Updating build trackers for site progress
• Stakeholder Management.

Having a full UK drivers licence is not essential but is a bonus due to the location of the office. All parking is paid for by the company.

The most successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role previously and is confident speaking directly with potential and existing clients.
