Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor at Velocity Trampoline Park, you have a duty to create a fun and safe environment for all of our customers. We are looking for somebody who is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and can start our customers experience off on a high!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervising team members during shift
• Money Handling/Cashing-up
• Training new team members
• Must have a good level of understanding on Microsoft programs
• Sales reporting
• Understanding of each department
• Be able to deal with all enquiries
• Key holder

Hours are sociable, full weekend availability required

Previous Supervisor/Management team experience preferred but not required

Rate of pay: £9.91

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £9.91 per hour
