Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a care assistant to join our team, full time or part time. We have a variety of shifts available, day shifts, some 6 hour shifts, some 12 hour shifts, we can be flexible with times and days, so please get in touch and have a chat with us.

We provide a uniform and all meals on duty, free parking. We provide and pay you to attend all necessary training.

Great working atmosphere, good team, no agency used. Proactive management and owners. Good rating with CQC. Lovely home providing care for 32 residents living. Full ancillary team providing activity, housekeeping and kitchen to support care staff. Computerised care planning system in place.

We run a bonus scheme and referral payments, we also provide a one to one counsellor for staff use, free of charge. Pay is increased each April.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 36 per week

Salary: From £10.05 per hour
