Sales Associate

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and driving sales through product knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers on our products and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restock and organize inventory on shelves and displays
• Keep the store clean and organized at all times
• Assist with social media and marketing efforts as needed

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Knowledge of vaping and vape products preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nuneaton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
