Role Overview & Responsibilities

Urmston Manor is a 24 bedded care home in Urmston. We are looking for

A FULL TIME CARE ASSISTANT (36-44 hours) & A PART TIME CARE ASSISTANT (24-32 hours)

Has good time management skills

Can work on their own initiative

Has good communication skills

Is flexible and reliable (this role isn’t set shifts so working patterns will vary and will include alternate weekends)

Works well independently or as part of a team

Can work well under pressure

Is keen to learn and develop in their career

A Minimum rate of pay of £11 per hour and up to £11.50 per hour
