Role Overview & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring that all building services for our development are carried out to a high standard and are delivered time and accurately. You will act as the face of urbanbubble with residents, displaying professionalism and genuine care for their property ensuring a first-class customer experience.
The role holder will work 30 hours per week at Valiant House and the remaining 10 hours in the estate.

What will you do?
- Respond to any email or phone requests from owners, tenants and urbanbubble
- Access control systems, locks and security measures for car park and any other aspects of the property
- Maintain the outdoor areas including the car park, playground, doors, windows, bin stores
- Management of the bin store and refuse process
- Litter picking of external areas and grounds.
- To ensure stock, tools & materials are kept to an acceptable level & usable standard
- Inform company of any additional works needed at location
- Be able to make sure any works completed are compliant in line with HSE
- Complete all paperwork & procedures in set timelines
Requirements:
A standard DBS check will be required for this role
