Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for experienced big personality servers to join our team.

Currently trading 5 days a week, we'll be open 7 days a week for July and August.

What will you be like?

You’ll be close to your family, you’ll be the party planner in your group of friends, you’ll be the one that always rings their grandparents, you’ll be the last person on the dance floor, you’ll be the one who follows their passion to geek level, you’ll obsess about details, you’ll care about our planet and your time on it, you’ll love being outdoors, but also cosy fires, you’ll be a good friend, like to smile, you’ll seek out fun.

You’ll be at least two of these things & maybe more. You work well on your own, or as a part of the team, you’ll be just right for us x

What are we like?

We love hospitality. It is what gets us out of bed in the morning and it’s the reason Mark Cribb opened the Urban Beach Hotel 18 years ago. Now Urban Garden is our sole focus.

We will invest in your development, imparting some hospitality tekkers from day one, with potential to grow and level-up skills as a bartender, waiting tables, wine, food, the possibilities are all there; We’ll make sure opportunity is your friend.

We work hard, but we work together. It’s not a cliche here that your team are there to support you. Over the years we’ve met some amazing colleagues that have become trusted friends, because when the venues are pumping you need people in your corner; We’re super friendly and give good hugs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £7.50-£13.00 per hour
