Business Development Associate

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Upex Group are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in the Weybridge area!

You will join a rapidly expanding business operating across the UK and Germany.

Our offices are a relaxed working environment where you manage your own time and diary, and the ideal candidate would be driven towards success, and able to self-manage your day. Drive for success, self-motivation and enthusiasm is key!

Hours of Work: 08:00am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing a cemented understanding of partner companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
• Designing and sending Business Development orientated material to prospect partners.
• Cold calling & building relationships with prospect clients.
• Arranging & Attending face-to-face meetings with current & prospect businesses
• Liaising with other departments of the business to maintain close communication & market awareness
• Working alongside a fast-paced, enthusiastic and dynamic team, providing services to some of the most recognized brands in the world.

Full training is provided, and previous experience is not necessary.

Personality is the most important attribute, and the ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to confidently speak on the telephone and interview candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
