Role Overview & Responsibilities

A new opportunity has arisen for a Grants Officer to join the finance team in the friendly and vibrant Department of Psychiatry. You will be part of a team of Grants Officers, each of whom manage a portfolio of research grant awards, as well as costing new funding applications using the University costing tool (X5).
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will have a proactive approach to the role. Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience), you will have relevant grants administration experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Experience of X5 costing tool is desirable.
The post is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital and we would be happy to discuss hybrid working arrangements (minimum 2-3 days per week on-site). The post is funded for 3 years in the first instance.
