Cleaning Supervisor Grade 4

Role Overview & Responsibilities

You will join our busy team providing support to our cleaning staff from Monday to Friday 12pm ¿ 8pm with 1 hour unpaid break (35 hrs per week).

The role should appeal to those with a friendly, flexible and approachable outlook. The role incudes supervising, managing rotas, auditing, training staff and you will also need to be a competent IT user.

You will need to have a proactive approach to work and enthusiasm to provide an excellent customer service, as you will be dealing with department users and stakeholders. You will need the ability to prioritise your work under pressure to meet operational deadlines. Some flexibility in working patterns will be required to meet operational needs.

You should have BTEC National Level or above (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant subject and have qualifications including English Language and Mathematics and be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
