Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor

The Occupational Therapy Team at St. Richard's Hospital Chichester is looking for a person who is keen to be part of our team delivering OT to the Orthopaedics and Surgery wards .This is and exciting opportunity to join our services providing therapeutic care to our patients.

This post would suit applicants with previous experience of working in a similar setting or within an Occupational Therapy services in health, social care or private sector providing direct care to patients/clients.You will work as part of an established OT team covering in-patient wards at St. Richard's Hospital, under the direct supervision of the Occupational Therapists. You will be required to carry out thorough treatment programmes, accompany / assist on home assessments and participate in general administration and housekeeping tasks.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate good communication and problem solving skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
