Divisional Education Lead

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a passionate, confident and innovative registered Nurse to lead the divisional education team and to support the senior nursing team in the development of all staff.

This role sits within the Divisional Education team and will lead a team of clinical educators across emergency medicine, inpatient medicine, specialist medicine and Cancer Care. The Divisional Education team provide classroom teaching and work alongside staff in clinical practice to aid staff development. We ensure that patients are at the centre of what we do, enabling staff to be able to provide high quality care. We continuously strive to improve by ensuring new developments are embedded in practice.
