Customer Service Advisor - Phone Calls (Part-Time)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Part-Time
Days - No Evenings
£10.90 per hours + Bonus

Hours:

• Either 16 or 21 hours per week
• 3 shift patterns to choose from
• Works around school hours

As a Customer Service Advisor:

• You will be speaking to customers daily
• Helping them with any issues they may have and aiming to resolve as quickly as possible
• Taking payments or setting up direct debits
• Finding the correct product or service for the customer
• Working towards KPI's - No sales targets!

The office is located walking distance from bus stops, both Warrington train stations and also offers free on-site parking.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 21 per week
