Uni4m Media is a digital marketing company working with a range of international clients in sports including NEOM, BELLATOR MMA, IMMAF and LEN European Aquatics.

We are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team of media professionals situated in the heart of Manchester.

Uni4m is looking for a highly creative candidate who is adaptable and curious to learn within a very fast-moving industry. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, highly motivated individual with a minimum of four years professional experience in design. The candidate will work closely with the Brand Coordinator to create compelling and engaging social media graphic assets.

The Graphic Designer will focus on creating exciting content using strong sports imagery and vibrant designs. The ability to effectively work with sports photography including action photos and portraits is essential to this role.

The successful applicant should be able to work to specifications and tight deadlines but will also enjoy being given a range of creative freedom to develop and deliver creative and fresh ideas for clients.

Due to our work with international sports clients (including Central Europe and the United States of America) the candidate should feel comfortable working flexible working patterns, especially on weekends.

Necessary skills:

· Experience with creating content for sports social media

· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.

· Strong understanding of social media trends and how to optimise content for a variety of different social media platforms.

· Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

What we expect you to understand:

· How to fully utilising colour and lighting when creating dynamic social media designs.

· Strong knowledge of photo retouching.

· Understanding of social media trends.

· Using different styles, fonts and elements to enhance user engagement

· Conceptualise designs using mood boards.

· Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
