Personal Assistant Required - 6 hours per week, £10.50 per hour in LS16 near Headingley

We are looking for a PA who is friendly, keen to learn and willing to get to know our son.
L is 8 years old and a happy, giddy, loving little boy. He has many healthcare conditions such as epilepsy, ADHD, Autism and global developmental delay. L is active, nonstop so we need a PA who is quick thinking and can react to risks and risk assess. As L is so busy and active the PA will need to have experience in pacifying situations and keeping L busy.
L has no sense of danger so the PA will need to be his eyes and ears in regards to risks and keeping him safe.
The PA will support him with day-to-day life inside and outside the home. L likes:
- Playing outside
- Swimming
- Eating
- Parks
- Days out
- Farms
- Animals
Duties
- The PA will do some school collections
- Support with arts and crafts
- Do Activities and encourage independence
- The PA will support with feeding/food prep
- Playing out in the garden with him
- Taking him on walks in his pram
Driving License is essential.
