Housekeeping Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a contentious and efficient Housekeeping Assistant to join our team, who will help deliver cleanliness to our high company standards, whilst remembering the finest details throughout the hotel. This role will include working at all four of our sites: Twr Y Felin Hotel, Penrhiw Priory, Roch Castle and Roch House.

The position includes a casual contract, offering approximately 16 hours per week, with the option of more hours during peak seasons.

What your role will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas to company standards
• Complete the room checklist to ensure each room is fully stocked
• Report any guest lost property to the Manager immediately
• Liaise with the Manager and Laundry Assistants regarding what linen is required and advise of any shortfalls or stained items

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner would be preferable
• Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
