Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Delivering tuition in Primary English
• This job is in person: Slougharea
• Day(s) and Time(s): Monday-Friday - Flexible, 12 hours per week (Afternoon)
• Delivering tuition programmes in small groups of 4:1.
• Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level.
• Monitoring student progress and producing reports.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks you're providing subject tuition in.
• Liaising with class teachers and supporting them in their work.
• Regularly reporting updates to the Operations Manager.
• Assessing any barriers to student’s learning and working to overcome these.
• Working to Tutors Green’s standards and code of conduct at all times.
• Ensuring you meet Health & Safety requirements and adhere to the Tutors Green Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. Each tutor has an individual responsibility to safeguard and promote wellbeing of children and young people in their care.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: £30.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

• Tutoring: 1 year (required)
