Role Overview & Responsibilities

Post: Labourer

To Report To: Production Manager

Pay

Meets National Minimum Wage (to be reviewed at 3 months and 6 months)

Hours

40hrs per week - Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Areas Covered

· Cleaning the workshop and machines and ensuring all walkways are clear.

· Emptying bins into the correct waste disposal unit

· Splitting goods

· Rumbling goods

· Drilling goods

· General housekeeping within the workshop

· Packing (when needed)

· Completing ad-hoc tasks required in the manufacturing department

· Manual lifting

· Communicate with machinists/production department about all above duties

· Any jobs given by management or supervisors.

· Any jobs the Company requires you to complete as mentioned in your Contract of employment.

Salary: £4.81-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Labouring: 2 years (preferred)
• Engineering: 2 years (preferred)
