Education Consultant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have an opportunity for a School Improvement Professional with leadership experience and a strong personal commitment to join our In-School Education Team.
You will be working as part of TT Education; multi-award-winning school improvement company. As an education consultant, you will be expected to work closely with schools and individual teachers, delivering high-quality and professional support, coaching and CPD. You will be working as part of a growing team of national education consultants, and will therefore be a contributor to team thinking and company development. You will be a professional, experienced educator - able to engage with children and adults alike - showing your drive to improve educational outcomes for all.
This post has a particular focus on our work to support school improvement with individual schools, as well as Academies and Trusts. You will support high-quality leadership in development in schools. Our robust recruitment will take you through On-boarding, training, mentoring and appraisal programmes and be a key individual in our liaison with wider partners β local authorities, MATs, and the DfE.
This is a full-time post, with options available around flexible / hybrid working. You will principally work from home and be ideally located in London, South East or the Midlands. Whilst the role involves travel around these areas there will be a requirement to attend our head office in Colchester from time to time. Our benefits include a generous salary, company car, holiday and on-going support during training and beyond. We believe in supporting our employee wellbeing; but, most importantly, we offer the opportunity to play a part in a fast-moving organisation at the heart of school improvement and effectiveness, delivering existing and bespoke CPD and training in venue and online.
