Role Overview & Responsibilities

Full Time Night Concierge (4 on 4 off shift pattern, 8pm-8am)

You are a bit of a night owl…you are a creative with the ability to find alternative solutions to problems. Perfect!​ You are a multitasker with a hands on approach. You take responsibility for the varied duties and tasks assigned to the role and ensure work is completed consistently, in a timely manner. ​

You have strong communication skills and the ability to take direct action to deal with situations as they arise. You are observant and the safety and security of our guests is always at the forefront of your mind .​

You are a natural people person, a smiler - with a ‘can do’ attitude. You have a passion to deliver an unrivalled guest experience and have fun in all that you do, whilst creating memorable moments with our guests.​

You are part of a team that places our guests at the heart of everything they do, building meaningful relationships whilst promoting the ‘true’ vision and values.

What you will do

· You will regularly patrol the accommodation ensuring our guests are safe and secure and ensure all health and safety requirements are met

· You will be that friendly face at the true Hub providing a warm, friendly service to our guests and taking a decisive and effective approach to handling any questions or concerns they may have

· You are the first response to incidents and emergencies that may arise through the night

· You will handle any complaints or issues our guests may have as they arise, to ensure a speedy resolve

· Communication is key, you will provide a detailed shift handover for the oncoming team

· Team works important, you will assist with public areas and communal spaces are kept immaculate by cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready for the next day

· You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards

· You will have a flexible approach - working night shifts, and weekends is essential to the role

· Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
