traWell Limited is a wellness tourism company. We offer holistic travel & tourism packages based on wellness and relaxation, both nationally & internationally. We focus on providing state-of-the-art boutique accommodation, health enhancing excursions, access to luxury spas & partnerships with carefully selected restaurants. Our packages include day trips, 1-night stays, wellness weekends & longer (3-5-day) excursions that our guests enjoy seasonally across more than 19 destinations: 13 international & 7 within the British Isles.

Our national destinations include:

For each of our destinations our itinerary includes:

• Modern stylish accommodation, resilience training, an aromatherapy kit, sound healing, light therapy & a herbal tea hamper;
• Private transfer to/from the guests’ port of choice with a series of wellness-oriented daily excursions;
• Health spas providing massage, beauty treatments, temperature therapy, hydrotherapy & fitness classes;
• Indoor & outdoor wellness pursuits including: meditation, yoga, mountain biking, thermal bathing, open-water swimming, desert safaris, trekking, Ayurvedic treatments & temazcal;

Job Specification

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our growing travel wellness company. As a Junior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of operational and administrative tasks, working within a team, reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the travel and wellness industry and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Essentials skills/ Experience

• Work Experience in a sales or marketing role would be preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, or a recent graduate with a strong academic background

• Strong leadership potential and experience leading teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for the travel & wellness industry

• Familiarity with social media platforms, website management, and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing/ implementing sales & marketing strategy for our excursions & products.

• Creating new itineraries. Updating & improving existing excursions.

• Ensure customers receive high-quality concierge service. Booking travel & wellness experiences, answering questions & resolving any issues.

• Developing & maintaining relationships with Concierge & suppliers. Managing interactions across Social Media, Face2Face, TeleSales, Collaborations & email.

• Securing direct sales with consumers and B2B.

Storing data securely & appropriately handling information received from Support Bubble customers, collaborators & Concierge.

• Researching new prospects and generating leads.

•Managing social media platforms. Maintaining website with support from IT.

•Develop further & maintain strong relationships with Universities and academic institutions to drive growth into thought leadership sector.

• Hosting & conducting University day trips with Concierge

• Oversee evolution of website (updating content, improving functionality & ensuring a positive user experience).

• Manage company's product inventory, ensuring that products are in stock, pricing is updated, and products are accurately represented online.

•Thought leadership (developing additional excursions, latest wellness therapies, & writing cutting edge content for website)

• Resource management: work placement opportunities, on-boarding & off-boarding of personnel

• Ensuring legal & corporate aspects (insurances, banking, ICO, T&Cs, health & safety, tax, accounting, HR/employment) are complied with.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
