Days Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Street Cleaner to work for a local authority within the Aberystwyth town. The successful candidate will have a willingness to work, ability to work as part of a team and on their own on occasions. You will need a full driving licence as this role requires you to drive a company van.

The Street Cleaner Role -

• To undertake a variety of cleaning duties within the town centre.
• To remove waste from the public bins and replace the bin bags as required.
• Working in a team of street cleaners.
• Ensure that the streets and roads are left in a suitable, safe, and clean condition.
• Ensure that all work is complete to a high standard and in accordance with the supervisors directions.

The ideal candidate -

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Have good time keeping.
