Role Overview & Responsibilities

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00

• Liaising with current and new customers
• Receiving and inputting orders onto the WMS
• Despatching orders onto the WMS
• Receiving and inputting goods in orders
• Planning and scheduling inbound deliveries
• Arranging and liaising with the transport department with regards to the delivery of customer goods
• Assisting with stock control
• Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries
• Arranging driver collections
• Assisting with end of shift driver de-brief
• Booking on customer consignments
• Transport entry charges
• Monitoring UPN KPI’s
• Monitoring customer deliveries

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sittingbourne, ME10 2FR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
