Bakery Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Must be 18 years old or over as working with Hot Ovens and Machinery

This role is very diverse and will mean working in our Bakery department which involves

Traying up Pies and Quiches for the Ovens

Counting and checking the amount of pies

Monitoring the Baking process, ensuring the right bake setting is used.

Taking the pies out once cooked thoroughly

Jellying and glazing the Pies

Topping the speciality pies

Reporting any breakages or losses

Working within a team

Working to Bake Lists and Bake times

This role involves a lot of heavy lifting

Flexible working hours between 6am and 5pm any 5 days out of 7

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.43 per hour
