Role Overview & Responsibilities

DD Top Renovations is dynamic and energetic renovation team specialised in Single Let & HMO property renovations.
Due to high demand we are looking for skilled & professional construction workers:

*Construction / renovation contractors for long-term cooperation

*Plasterers

*Joiners

*Electricians

*Plumbers

*Tilers

*Roofers

!!! … but ideally you’d be a self-motivated multi-skilled builder with more than one skill in your toolbox.

What do you need:

> You must commute to the place of work and be flexible.
We are working in different cities max 1h driving from Sheffield.

> You must be a team-player. We are all ambitious people with big dreams. Every project is the place where we are developing our skills in a great atmosphere.

What you DON’T need:

> You don’t need to own your own tools, but you’d have to take care of ours with the same love.

> You don’t need great English speaking skills - we are mostly polish-speakers, but we welcome all nations. Your work is what tells us the most about you.

Pay/ hours / more info:

We are working Monday-Friday 8.5h a day (7- 4pm with 30min unpaid break), with overtime over the weekends when necessary.

We have at least 1+ years of projects in the queue so you don't need to worry about customers and delayed payments anymore

You’ll start as a Self-Employed worker on probation period 3-6 weeks. After this time we are able to hire ideal candidates on full-time contract

Start pay rate is in the range of £24-£28k / year depending on experience.

We can help with relocation. Rooms and homes available to let.

Alcohol / drugs are never tolerated at work place
