Business EA - Family Office
Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a superstar EA who is well-presented, switched-on and experienced to support a busy founder with both business and private office duties at their investment management firm. You will be required to be in the West End offices 5 days a week between 8am-6pm.
The Role
- Extensive diary, international travel, and meeting management on both corporate and private office side
- Coordinate with other family members and their PA’s
- Private property portfolio management
- Ad hoc projects when needed
The Candidate
- Great longevity in a similar role within both financial services (supporting C-suites) and family office (UHNWI) - this is a must!
- University degree
- Meticulously organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong admin skills
- Confident on Office 365 and Excel
- Experience with international travel and private property portfolio maintenance
- Great multi-tasking and teamwork skills
