Senior Garment Tech Specialist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Thrive Brands ltd is looking for an experienced garment tech specialist to join our busy team. We are looking for someone innovative with experience in making performance, leisure and technical apparel.

Responsibilities:

• Market research with new product development
• Create patterns and designs what fit in line with our brand guidelines
• Handle fit tests and all subsequent stages of sampling through to final fits
• Create graded size charts / blocks for our entire range, XS-5XL
• Complete quality control checks
• Approve fabric quality, swatches and colours
• Liaise with factories and all our supply chain to ensure instructions are followed and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Well experienced in design and sourcing
• Must have excellent communication skills to deal with the complexities of a multi-cultural supply chain
• Highly organized and driven by results
• Ability to work with digital patterns and tech packs
• Knowledge of the Adobe suite to aid product development
• Minimum 1 year garment tech experience
