Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Hiring Heroes are a new recruitment set up based in Wakefield, what is our goal? To provide affordable and flexible recruitment to businesses up and down the country. As well as this we want to quash the over inflated ego’s, bad experiences and overpriced recruitment that haunts the industry.

All in all, we want to break the industry mould. Due to our new outlook on recruitment and being a hit with our current customers we are expanding and require an enthusiastic, reliable and honest person to help us grow.

What will you be doing?

• Speaking face to face and over the phone to companies needing staff.
• Building new relationships/pipelines with new and existing clients.
• On site meetings to gain new bookings.

What type of person do we need?

• Confident, we really can’t have any shrinking violets.
• IMPORTANT - Reliable and Trustworthy due to being a key holder.
• Good with technology and social media, Facebook, Linkedin etc.
• Creative, for marketing reasons.
• Someone with drive who wants to develop and earn as much money as they can.

The ideal candidate for this role would be looking for a new opportunity in recruitment sales, or someone starting out in the world of work, as training will be provided, we want someone permanent not someone who wants a stop gap for a couple of months.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
