Project Description

The Wallich is working in partnership with the Local Authority to provide good quality, affordable accommodation within the private rented sector (PRS) in Swansea.

This role is an integral part of the PRS team and will work with PRS tenants, landlords and letting agents to increase access to the PRS.

Purpose of Role

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the PRS scheme, to enable households to access bonds and providing support to improve and maximise tenancy sustainability.

  • Partnership working between the Local Authority and The Wallich PRS schemes
  • To undertake all aspects of administration regarding the Bond Board
  • To complete assessments of applicants to ensure suitability for PRS scheme
  • To liaise and work with PRS landlords
  • To provide tenants and landlords working with The Wallich PRS scheme with relevant advice, information, and guidance in relation to PRS tenancies and properties.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
