Role Overview & Responsibilities

Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced Case Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Opening up/Handling Insurance Claims for all parties
• Handling all aspects of claim regarding Property Damage and Bodily Injuries
• Handling all claim related inquiries with clients, insurance companies, and medical facilities
• Monitoring & Following up on Client Treatment, including scheduling Dr. Appts.
• Obtaining/Analyzing Medical Records
• Examining and evaluating case files in addition to understanding policy limits.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Personal Injury-3 years minimum Required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)-REQUIRED
• Thorough knowledge of Auto Insurance & Personal Injury Law
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.41 - $28.72 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Jose, CA 95112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Personal injury law: 2 years (Required)
• Legal case management: 4 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Required)
