Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Swan Hotel offers a great dining experience in our cosy pub with a fantastic menu prepared with the finest ingredients.

We want to build our team to deliver the highest quality service to our diners and so if you have a passion for food and hospitality we would like to hear from you.

As we have recently opened our new wing of amazing accommodation and a world-class spa, we are building a great food and drink service squad to support our new high-concept restaurant and summer terrace.

We want people with a welcoming personality who can grasp The Swan Hotel dining experiences, and be able to develop an in-depth knowledge of our menu, including our first-class wine list and to recommend and advise our diners on menu choices and the perfect tipple to complement their meal.

If you are prepared to work hard with enthusiasm as part of a dedicated team and go the extra mile, then we want to hear from you.

Shifts are available over 7 days but full or part-time working would be considered.

Please note we have no live-in accommodation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
