Role Overview & Responsibilities

About Us:
The Stock Shop Hair & Beauty Supplies is an independent store established in 1988. We are situated on Oakleigh Road North in Whetstone, North London.
We supply a wide range of hair & beauty products to the trade and public.

The Shop Assistant Role:

• Replenishing stock on the shop floor and stock rooms
• Checking incoming and outgoing orders
• Dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone
• Lifting boxes
• General housekeeping and keeping all areas clean & tidy
• Till work & invoicing
• Able to multi-task
• Have plenty of initiative
• Be able to work as part of a team and the ability to work under your own initiative
• Friendly & personable

Schedule:
Full Time: You will be required to work Monday – Friday (9am – 5.30pm) and one Sunday in every three weeks (10am-2pm)

Part Time: You will be required to work Tuesday - Thursday (9am-5.30pm) and one Sunday in every three weeks (10am-2pm)

Experience:
Previous experience in hair and or beauty preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
