Role Overview & Responsibilities

****£500 Joining Bonus****

Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term Time (41 working weeks, including training days)

£27,427-£29,211 pro rata per annum to reflect term time working (£30,659-£32,653 FTE)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our caring and compassionate team, committed to providing the very best quality of care and support to children (6–19) to enable them to reach their full potential.

You will work alongside the House Manager to create a warm and secure environment for students and line manage and support all staff to provide high quality care. You will support and directly assist students in their attainment of self-help, independence, education and leisure, and ensure all students health care needs are met.
