Store Manager
The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a store manager on behalf of a leading sofa and furniture retailer. Base salary to £45K (DOE), guaranteed & uncapped commission plus bonuses, realistic £70-90K OTE.

Brief job description:
Our client is an instantly recognisable UK brand selling high quality sofas and furniture.
This position is a showroom-based retail management role and will entail leading a team helping customers to choose the perfect furniture item for their home.

You will ideally have management experience in a direct sales environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the drive to succeed. You will be able to lead from the front, personally driving sales and motivating your team to achieve targets and goals.
Our client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, is required, with 1 in 5 weekends off. In return you will receive a competitive base salary plus generous commission and bonuses.
