Hotel Reservation Agent
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join our central reservations team at Red Carnation Hotels!
The Reservations Office is open 7 days a week from 8am – 9pm and is based at the Rubens at the Palace Hotel. As the office is open 7 days a week this means there will be regular weekend’s involved.
Salary package up to £30,000 per annum (standard salary + incentives).
As a Reservations Agent you will interact with our guests on a daily basis within a fast paced environment delivering high levels of service to provide a long lasting impression. You will respond to guest calls and emails regarding accommodation requests for our 6 London Hotels, 2 Hotels in Dorset and 100 Princes Street, our new hotel in Edinburg. You will have a great understanding of our hotels, promotions, pricing and sales strategies to ensure we exceed our guests’ expectations and achieve targets.

The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a stunning five star property located in the heart of London’s Victoria and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant, The Curry Room Restaurant, The New York Bar, The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar, as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.
