Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Phoenix Bar & Eatery is a vibrant town centre pub looking to grow further and cement itself in its position at the heart of the community as the leading entertainment and weekend venue in Romsey.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, exciting and safe atmosphere for our staff and customers.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, dedicated and reliable staff. Experience is not required, full training will be given to anyone with an enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude. The ability to work weekends is essential.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:

• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Willingness to use own initiative
• Professional attitude

Duties:

• Serving customers from behind the bar
• Working with food, including table service
• Cash handling
• Maintaining the high standards of cleanliness in the pub
• Learning new roles to progress through the business!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Salary: £14,873.00-£20,716.00 per year

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
