Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Palazzo: The Palazzo is one of the finest Italian and Mediterranean restaurant, bar & lounge serving authentic cuisine, freshly prepared by our team of amazing chef's. Located in the heart of Burnley in the beautiful ornate old bank, we serve a wide selection of beers, wines, cocktails & beverages.

We're looking for fun and passionate people to join our fantastic front of house team as a Waiter / Waitress.

Role: Taking care of designated tables, serving guests, helping other waiter/waitress in maintaining a high-quality service, setting up tables and breaking them down between service, ensure the restaurant is kept as clean and tidy environment

Candidate Criteria:

• Professional, well presented, polite, hardworking, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Worked in a similar role in the past, where you gained a good level of experience in a high class restaurant, whilst providing first class service to guests
• Ability to adapt to different situation in a fast-paced environment
• Supervise junior team members and provide them with on the job training
• Be a team player
• Deal with customer feedback in a professional manor
• Must have a can-do attitude and good customer skills
• A good knowledge of wine, food and cocktails

The position is full time working 5 days (with some split shifts) 35/40 hour contract also available just working evening shifts.

Salary: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
