An opportunity for a experienced Artworker to join the UK's largest privately owned property group has come up in Alderley edge; Working collaboratively with the marketing team to produce; Brochures, signage, flyers as well as online and social content; professional and collaborative open plan office; Free on-site parking; 20 days holiday rising with service + Bank Holidays.

This is a great opportunity for a traditional Artworker with experience in designing for print to join a friendly and professional work environment. The group offers development and support to build your knowledge in certain areas of design. The role involves office based work in an environment where clientele visit the building, so smart attire is necessary(ties for men).

Alongside the marketing team the Creative Artworker will be responsible for:

- Designing with a strong attention to detail
- Ensure artwork interpretation is achievable within production constraints
- Prepare accurate artwork from approved design and brief
- Communicating with the Leasing and Marketing team to keep them informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on
- Providing colour proofs / samples for sign off
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist projects through the business to ensure on-time deliver

The Creative Artworker will come with some or all of the following:

- Design Industry experience (property sector as a bonus)
- Experienced in design and setting up for print
- A good communicator and collaborator
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Designing consistently across multiple mediums
- Knowledge of Email, Canva or SEO(non-essential)
