Role Overview & Responsibilities

Join a social and fun team environment at The Mill at Rode.

We are on the look out for bar or floor staff to work alongside management throughout the year, heading into a busy summer season sat upon the River Frome.

The ideal candidate will offer a high standard of service to customers during our normal restaurant and bar service times as well as private events in our large function space. A working day at The Mill is always different and we want everyone to be a part of every aspect of what we do, be it cooking up a storm in the kitchen, pouring the perfect pint, or serving meals with a smile and a touch of banter! A vibrant and welcoming personality is a must!

We are looking for team mates who are flexible with their working hours, a sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.

Hours will be varied so a mix of part and full time team members are required along with seasonal staff.

Experience is not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
