Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our team as Bar and front of house assistant for the forthcoming season.. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that our bar and restaurant operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies.
• Ensure that the bar and restaurant are clean and always organised.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments from customers.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Pay: £8.50-£11.00 per hour
