Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Server to join our team at a busy and fast-paced restaurant in the financial district. The right candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience servering in a professional environment and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere where the customer always comes first.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment and ensure adherence to health codes.
• Handle food and beverages properly, including temperature control, food storage and handling, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Ensure that food is delivered to customers at the correct temperature.
• Follow recipes precisely.
• Have a knowledge base of beverages, food, and preparation.
• Deal with difficult customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
