Cinema, Bowling, Mini Golf, Climbing, Bars and Dining all under one roof. Our venues are the first to combine exceptional cinema and great quality food and drinks with fun and immersive leisure activities.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Climbing Instructors to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of our leisure facilities by delegating duties, monitoring product and service quality, organising breaks, ensuring all due diligence paperwork is completed, assisting with the training of the Leisure Team and supervising and motivating the team to ensure the very highest standards of service.

About the role
You will be involved in providing an exciting and fun environment for our leisure users to engage in their climbing experience, ensuring that the environment is safe and entertaining at all times. You will deliver a thorough safety briefing before all sessions to ensure that the participants are fully aware of all safety measures before taking part and that the area they will be in is safe and hazard free.
About you
- Enthusiasm for working in the leisure industry
- Confident in leading a team
- Good communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships with others easily
- Ability to thrive in a busy high volume, high energy environment and can manage multiple tasks and guest with ease
- Highly social, motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Having a climbing wall instructor qualification is desirable however not essential.
Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
