Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Jolly Botanist is a multi award winning gin bar and dining room in the West End of Edinburgh.

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic people to join our independent team.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in both food and drinks with a keen interest in gin and cocktails.

Full time and part time positions available

Bar staff
Floor staff

Pay and tips ( £2.5- £3.5 per hour ) are done weekly and free staff food is provided on shift

minimum 1 year experience required

Job Type: Full-time / Part time

Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
